  • Includes: Two powers of attorney, one for personal care and one for property, provided as a courtesy. These documents allow you to designate someone to manage your affairs in the event of mental or physical incapacity.

Complex Will Preparation

  • Complex wills address more intricate estate planning scenarios, such as blended families, multiple beneficiaries, trusts, business ownership, and obligations under a separation agreement.

  • Custom Fee: If we determine that your will requires more complex provisions, we will inform you in advance of any additional costs before proceeding. Our goal is to provide transparent and reasonable pricing for complex wills.

Spousal Wills (Mirror Wills)

  • Legal Fee for Couples: $895.00 + H.S.T.

  • This package includes mirror wills for spouses, ensuring both individuals’ wishes are aligned and clearly documented. The package also includes powers of attorney for each spouse, ensuring protection in case of incapacity.
